Paraplanner – £55,000 per annum (Hybrid)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well‑established financial planning firm in Richmond. You will work closely with senior Financial Advisers, providing technical support and helping to deliver bespoke financial solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare comprehensive financial plans.
• Gather and organise client data, including income, assets, liabilities and expenditure.
• Use financial planning software to model scenarios, cash‑flow projections and suitability reports.
• Assist advisers in developing and implementing tailored investment and protection strategies.
• Research financial products, investment solutions and keep records compliant with FCA regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay updated on market, legislative and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• CII Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) with substantial paraplanning experience.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, personal tax, estate planning and protection.
• Ambition to progress towards Chartered Financial Planner status.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Genovo financial planning software.
• Experience using Intelliflo Office.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word for report writing.
