Paraplanner – Tonbridge, up to £50k, onsite

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Paraplanner to join a thriving independent IFA practice in Tonbridge. This full‑time, onsite position offers a clear pathway to a senior paraplanning role, supported by expert mentorship and firm‑funded professional training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex suitability research and analysis for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Produce detailed client reports covering pensions, investments, estate planning and protection.
• Provide technical support to advisers across a portfolio of retirement and wealth‑management cases.
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years paraplanning experience within an IFA practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, estate planning and protection.
• Experience supporting high‑net‑worth clients in retirement and wealth management.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (preferred, not essential).

Required skills

• Proficiency with investment platforms such as Transact, Aberdeen and Quilter.
• Competence in cashflow modelling and technical analysis software.
