Paraplanner – Wealth Management

About the role

We are a well‑established wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our collaborative financial planning team in Worthing. You will work closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team to deliver high‑quality technical support, produce detailed reports and ensure compliant, client‑focused financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Financial Advisers and produce detailed financial planning reports.
• Support and mentor new starters or junior team members.
• Carry out due‑diligence research for investment committee decisions.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance to the Paraplanning Manager.
• Help ensure all client advice meets regulatory and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma (or close) in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ paraplanning experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
