Parcel Delivery Driver – Part‑time Fixed‑term

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Parcel Delivery Driver on a fixed‑term, part‑time basis. You will work evenings and weekends delivering parcels across Manchester, using route‑planning technology to ensure timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and load parcels into your van each shift.
• Follow planned routes and use technology tools to optimise deliveries.
• Deliver parcels to customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Maintain the van’s cleanliness and safety standards.
• Adhere to the assigned working hours (14:30‑21:00 Mon‑Sat, 11:00‑17:00 Sun) and rota for weekend work.

Required profile

• Upbeat, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Organised, punctual and proactive.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable interacting with customers as a brand ambassador.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
