About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to support the delivery of high‑quality patient care within Ministry of Defence facilities across England and Wales. The role is based at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, and offers an inclusive environment with free parking and access to the NHS pension scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance to patients, following established clinical guidelines.
• Support nursing staff with routine observations, documentation and basic treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements, including criminal record checks.

Required profile
