Part-time Community Manager - German

About the role

We are a fast‑growing social agency seeking a German‑speaking Community Manager to support a key global beauty brand. Working one day per week, this remote‑first role places you at the heart of social, interacting with audiences on TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily community engagement across TikTok, Instagram and other social channels.
• Respond to comments and direct messages in German and English, ensuring brand‑consistent communication.
• Drive conversations with audiences, creators and fans, and spot emerging trends.
• Support reactive ideas, trend‑led moments and live activations for the UK market.
• Assist with campaign rollouts, photoshoots and live events, including occasional UK travel.
• Monitor sentiment, flag risks, and share performance insights.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Several years of experience in social or community management (agency or brand).
• Strong instinct for culture, trends and Gen Z audiences.
• Excellent written communication with a clear, on‑brand tone.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, reactive environments.
