Part-time Host/Receptionist for Circle Square (24 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, part‑time Host/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants at our Circle Square building in Manchester City Centre. The role runs Tuesday to Thursday, totalling 24 hours per week, and combines front‑desk duties with supporting events and meeting room usage.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors, delivering a positive experience.
• Manage the enquiries mailbox and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support and facilitate events, meetings and room bookings.
• Maintain high standards of presentation in communal areas, including food and beverage service where required.
• Gather and update customer intelligence to aid sales and retention.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the building and promote workplace wellbeing.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a personable approach.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Administrative experience, particularly handling email enquiries.
