Part-Time Store Colleague

About the role

A part-time Store Colleague in Birmingham helps deliver outstanding customer experiences every day. You will greet customers, keep displays fresh, replenish stock and maintain high service and presentation standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, helping them find the products they want
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options and support the full customer experience
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy and fully replenished, with displays fresh and on-brand
• Support day-to-day store tasks such as till work and restocking, and follow all safety and store guidelines

Required profile

• Positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and busy seasonal periods
• Desirable: a genuine passion for brands and products, proactive attitude, attention to detail and self-motivation
