Partner Marketing Manager – 12‑month contract (London/Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing programmes across a growing network of franchise, referral and strategic partnership channels for a leading financial services organisation. This 12‑month contract role offers the chance to blend strategic planning with hands‑on campaign delivery while collaborating with sales, partnership and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for franchise and partner channels.
• Create and launch multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, email, content, events) to drive partner engagement, lead generation and merchant acquisition.
• Produce partner toolkits, sales‑enablement materials and co‑branded collateral.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales and Partnership teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
• Manage multiple partner programmes, maintaining timelines, budgets and performance dashboards.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations for optimisation.
• Support partner onboarding through targeted marketing initiatives and identify joint marketing opportunities.
• Present results and insights to senior stakeholders and manage the creative development process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B, channel or partner marketing, preferably within financial services, payments, technology or SaaS.
• Track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive acquisition.
• Ability to manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with franchise, referral or strategic partner ecosystems is a plus.
