Partnership Activation Executive

About the role

The Partnership Activation Executive will support the Commercial Team in delivering and activating partnership initiatives for Sunderland AFC. You will lead activation ideas for smaller partners and assist larger partners, ensuring high‑quality deliverables that drive partner satisfaction and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan and execute activation activities for assigned partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across internal departments and partner organisations.
• Provide onboarding support, clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Monitor activation performance, gather partner insights and recommend improvements.
• Assist senior team members with larger partnership projects as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in activation delivery, partnership marketing, project management or related operations.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
