Parts Advisor – Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our franchised main dealership in Staines‑upon‑Thames. The role involves supporting both internal and external customers, handling parts orders, invoicing and ensuring smooth operation of the parts department.

Key responsibilities

• Deal with internal and external customers, providing excellent service.
• Order parts and prepare invoices.
• Receive and process telephone and internet orders.
• Manage customer accounts effectively.
• Support the team in a busy parts department environment.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and driven by success.
• Proven experience working in a busy parts department.
• Ability to work well within a team‑centred environment.
