Parts Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join our NAPA Auto Parts branch in Eastleigh. In this full-time position you will be the primary point of contact for local customers, helping them find the right components and growing our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone orders, provide product advice and upsell where appropriate.
• Make outbound calls to promote offers, discounts and competitions, driving higher sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local garages and trade customers.
• Accurately process orders to minimise credits and returns by delivering the correct part the first time.
• Collaborate with the branch team to support overall store operations.

Required profile

• Punctual, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Pro‑active, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate empathy with customers.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Telephone sales and order handling.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
