Parts Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Parts Manager to join a leading plant and material handling equipment supplier in Southampton. The role offers a stable Monday‑Friday schedule, full training, and clear progression pathways within a nationally‑renowned engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise the parts store, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Supply equipment and parts to clients, coordinating with engineers on maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with businesses and customers to provide the correct parts for their machinery.
• Monitor stock levels, process orders and support the procurement process.

Required profile

• Proven management experience, preferably in an automotive, HGV, forklift or plant setting.
• Strong background in parts handling or inventory control.
• Ability to commute to Southampton and work on‑site.
• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑4:30 pm.
