Part‑Time Customer Account Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our growing team as a Part‑Time Customer Account Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for prospective businesses, helping to build relationships and support our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses using a pre‑populated database.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and follow up with professional email correspondence.
• Arrange appointments for the senior sales team using Outlook calendars.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities.
• Support business development and marketing activities.
• Attend selected appointments alongside senior colleagues as confidence grows.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and building rapport.
• Proactive, positive and professional attitude.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
