Part‑time Housekeeper (14 hrs/week)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable part‑time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its residential community in Bristol. Working 14 hours per week, you will help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean reception areas, offices, common spaces and restrooms on a daily basis.
• Perform litter picks in all external areas of the community each day.
• Maintain amenity areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable.
• Refresh empty rooms, apartments and show flats throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Conduct weekly deep‑clean flush‑downs of vacant units in line with health‑and‑safety policies.
• Assist the Community Manager with make‑ready tasks and other ad‑hoc duties.
• Report hazards, maintenance issues and resident concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Monitor cleaning‑supply inventory and request re‑orders when needed.

Required profile

• Ability to read and write English to understand safety labels, COSHH policy and procedural manuals.
• Good customer service attitude, able to respond positively to resident queries.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently within a supportive team.
• Awareness of UK health and safety standards.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; training on cleaning procedures will be provided.
