Part‑Time Housekeeper (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Greystar is looking for a part‑time Housekeeper to keep its London community clean, safe and welcoming. Working 20 hours per week, you will support residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across communal and external areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean reception, offices, common areas and restrooms on a daily basis.
• Perform daily litter picks and check all amenity spaces, cleaning as needed.
• Refresh empty rooms and show flats throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Carry out weekly deep‑clean flush‑downs in vacant units in line with health‑and‑safety policies.
• Assist the Community Manager with make‑ready tasks and respond to resident queries promptly.
• Report any hazards, log maintenance issues and support ad‑hoc resident concerns.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request re‑orders when necessary.
• Use cleaning equipment efficiently while championing cost‑effective practices.

Required profile

• Ability to read and write English to understand safety labels, COSHH policy and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a friendly, supportive approach to residents and colleagues.
