Part‑time IFA Administrator – Financial Services

About the role

The role supports a team of independent financial advisers in a well‑established wealth management firm based in Malmesbury. Working three days a week, the administrator will ensure client cases progress smoothly from initial contact through to advice delivery, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers throughout the client journey.
• Manage client records, data entry and document filing in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare client correspondence, reports and financial planning documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and follow‑up actions.
• Assist with compliance checks and ensure timely processing of client cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a financial services administrator or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high level of client service.
• Flexibility to work a Friday and adapt days to personal requirements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFA or wealth‑management administrative processes.
• Familiarity with client documentation and reporting procedures.
