About the role

Join the friendly team at Travelodge Maidstone Central as a Kitchen Bar Café Team Member on a part‑time basis. No prior experience is required – you’ll receive full training to help you succeed in a lively hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present food and beverage items in the kitchen and café areas.
• Promote and upsell menu options to guests.
• Serve drinks behind the bar and take customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both kitchen and bar spaces.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks.

• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible, part‑time hours.
• Team‑oriented mindset and good communication with colleagues and guests.
