About the role

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part‑time Lecturer to join the Schools team at Berkshire College of Agriculture. This permanent 0.6 FTE role runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, supporting learners pursuing Early Years education and Gateway qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons for a diverse student cohort.
• Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants to adapt teaching for varied starting points.
• Use regular assessment to identify knowledge gaps and track progress.
• Promote attendance, student wellbeing, and embed core literacy and numeracy across the curriculum.
