About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Marketing Manager to lead B2B inbound marketing for our recruitment business. The role is hands‑on, commercially focused and will drive high‑quality inbound leads and pipeline growth for our STEM recruitment services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evolve a B2B inbound marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals.
- Generate qualified inbound leads and build end‑to‑end lead funnels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive on campaign delivery and execution.
- Own and manage HubSpot (or similar) marketing automation platform.
- Deliver campaigns across content, email marketing, SEO and paid media.
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing with revenue objectives.
- Track and report performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs and conversion rates.
- Strengthen positioning across RPO, SOW, IR35 and global workforce solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B marketing within a recruitment business.
- Track record of generating inbound leads and measurable pipeline growth.
- Experience marketing RPO and/or workforce solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable results such as lead generation and conversion improvements.
- Strong content and campaign execution capabilities.
- Desirable: background in engineering or STEM recruitment marketing and experience scaling marketing in a growing recruitment firm.
