About the role
We are seeking a proactive Part‑Time Operations & Marketing Administrator to support a growing business near Bournemouth Airport. The role offers a flexible schedule of two days per week, an attractive hourly rate, and the chance to develop both administrative and marketing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across social media platforms, monitoring engagement.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Update the CRM system and track order status.
- Provide general administrative and business support.
- Conduct online research and handle occasional telephone enquiries.
- Assist with content creation at external locations.
Required profile
- Confident use of email, social media and Microsoft Office.
- Organised, adaptable and able to work independently.
- Creative with strong communication abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

- CRM (experience desirable)
What we offer
- £17.00 per hour
- Flexible working hours (Tuesday‑Thursday, 9:15 am‑2:00 pm)
