Part‑time Pharmacist (28 hrs/week) – Taunton

About the role

Join ASDA's pharmacy team in Taunton as a part‑time pharmacist working 28 hours per week. You will deliver NHS and private pharmacy services, ensuring safe and efficient dispensing while supporting the health of the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and provide clinical advice to patients.
• Deliver NHS and private services, including emergency and urgent care prescriptions.
• Manage the pharmacy team and ensure compliance with SOPs and GPhC standards.
• Conduct contractual and enhanced services, meeting agreed KPIs.
• Collaborate with in‑store, regional and head‑office teams for clinical and service support.

Required profile

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver national and local NHS and private services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail pharmacy environment.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo DBS check.
