Part‑Time Picker – Flexible Store Role

About the role

This part‑time position involves working on the shop floor across a variety of tasks, ensuring customers receive the right products quickly and efficiently. You will be on site three days a week – Sunday, Monday and Tuesday – and no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Check product quality, shelf life and packaging robustness before delivery.
• Process deliveries efficiently, meeting pick‑rate targets.
• Interact politely with delivery staff and handle routine queries, escalating complex issues as needed.

Required profile

• A proactive, can‑do attitude with a passion for excellent customer service.
• Reliability – be on time, presentable and ready to work the scheduled days.
• Comfortable meeting designated pick rates in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Operation of a handheld picking terminal.
