Part‑time Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion

About the role

JOSEPH is looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join its flagship store in London. You will be the face of the brand, creating memorable, high‑touch experiences for both existing and new customers while supporting the store’s commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, styling ideas and the story behind each collection.
• Utilise the CRM system to track client preferences, purchase history and deliver personalised recommendations.
• Activate commercial moments such as client anniversaries, product launches and special events to boost engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock movements.
• Uphold health, safety and company policies while keeping the store tidy and organised.

Required profile

• Strong people skills – approachable, empathetic and an excellent listener.
• Experience working in luxury or premium retail environments.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to share that enthusiasm with customers.
• Motivated by sales targets and able to work collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
