About the role

As a member of the waiting staff at Prezzo, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly service and creating a lively atmosphere while serving authentic Italian dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering queries.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
