About the role
As a Patient Liaison on the Customer Excellence team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing support via phone and email. You will guide patients through their prescription journey, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and cared for at every step.
Key responsibilities
- Answer patient enquiries and address concerns promptly.
- Keep patients updated on prescription status, delivery timelines, and any changes.
- Gather patient feedback and share insights to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to resolve issues and enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.
Required profile
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient‑focused attitude.
- Ability to stay professional and composed in challenging situations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Competitive salary of £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
