About the role

The Payments FIG Sales Strategy and Business Development Associate will support the Financial Institutions Group’s global sales organisation. Based in Bournemouth, you will help identify revenue opportunities, streamline sales processes and ensure compliance with firm‑wide policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide global support to FIG sales teams to uncover revenue opportunities across markets and client segments.
• Develop and refine internal control frameworks that manage complexity, mitigate risk and align with regulatory standards.
• Drive initiatives that promote sustainable growth, operational efficiency and a consistent control environment.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver improvements to sales processes and client engagement.
• Assist sales leads in evaluating new market entry opportunities and completing required risk assessments.
• Create high‑quality written materials and presentations to support alignment and timely execution.
