PCB Solderer / Assembler

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PCB Solderer/Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Poole. The role involves precise soldering of cables, small components, and micro‑components on printed circuit boards, ensuring high‑quality assembly for electronic products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cable soldering, small component soldering, and micro soldering on PCBs.
• Assemble finished PCBs and verify workmanship.
• Maintain clean and organised workstations following health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with quality control to address any defects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PCB soldering or equivalent small‑component soldering.
• Ability to work Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑16:30 and Friday until 13:30.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings.
• Willingness to complete a 12‑week probationary period.
