PCV Bus Driver – Full‑time (£17 per hour)

About the role

Join Arriva in Bootle as a PCV Bus Driver and become a vital part of the local community. You will transport passengers safely across the North West, providing reliable service on a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a PCV‑licensed bus on assigned routes, adhering to timetables and safety standards.
• Provide courteous customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, alighting and enquiries.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑journey vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Follow company policies, traffic regulations and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least 12 months of driving experience with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Valid PCV licence (or willingness to train as a trainee driver).
• Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends on a rotating shift pattern.
