PCV Bus Driver – Temp to Perm (6 on/3 off) – Luton

About the role

We are recruiting professional, customer‑focused PCV bus drivers for a client in Luton. The position can start as a temporary role (6‑on/3‑off pattern) with the possibility of becoming permanent, or as a zero‑hour contract offering flexible shift coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable and safe transport services for passengers across all scheduled routes.
• Cover a range of shifts – early, middle and late – to ensure full service coverage.
• Complete a basic Highway Code Q&A and a driver assessment arranged collaboratively.
• Maintain a smart, professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Valid PCV (Category D) licence.
• Willingness to undertake the Highway Code Q&A and driver assessment.
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including 6‑on/3‑off or zero‑hour arrangements.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
