Pension De‑Risking Senior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join a global financial services organisation within its Data & De‑risking Solutions division. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality data and de‑risking solutions for Defined Benefit pension schemes, working in a hybrid environment across any UK office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple de‑risking projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform pension calculations, data audits and risk analysis for Defined Benefit schemes.
• Manage client relationships, budgets and billing cycles.
• Implement and maintain risk‑based project plans aligned to client expectations.
• Partner with internal Client Directors to provide technical guidance and meet project deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to peer‑review processes.
• Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Defined Benefit pension schemes, including manual calculations.
• Strong analytical mindset with an adaptable and innovative approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
