Pensions Administrator – Hybrid, Amersham

About the role

Quantum Advisory is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join its Amersham office on a hybrid basis. The role blends numerical analysis with customer service, supporting members throughout their pension journey—from enrolment to retirement and transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate pension benefits and produce accurate cash‑flow forecasts.
• Maintain member records, updating salary, address, marital status and other personal details.
• Draft administration reports and collate data for client reporting.
• Respond to pension‑related queries from members, advisers, employers and HMRC across phone, email and portal channels.
• Interpret scheme rules, ensure regulatory compliance and support governance processes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, flexible and self‑motivated with a desire to develop a career in financial services.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures while taking ownership of tasks.
• Strong numerical aptitude and comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
