About the role
We are looking for a Pensions Data Processor to join our team on a hybrid or remote basis, with two days a week in our Preston office. You will be responsible for maintaining high‑quality pension data, supporting reporting cycles and working closely with employers and internal colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own workload and task list to meet deadlines, data‑quality and performance targets.
- Maintain member records, ensuring accurate data entry for active and deferred members and bulk uploads.
- Validate data submissions promptly in line with required deadlines.
- Produce and distribute annual benefit statements to active and deferred scheme members.
- Prepare data for actuarial valuations, including financial information for ISA19 accounting requirements.
- Provide specific financial information related to pensions, recharges and pension strain.
- Manage ad‑hoc projects as required.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently, organise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Full‑time availability (37 hours per week) and willingness to attend the Preston office two days per week.

- Salary £26,000‑£28,000 per year, dependent on experience.
