People Business Partner

About the role

As a People Business Partner within Quanta Group's wealth management business, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to align people strategy with business objectives in a highly regulated, client‑focused environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, coach and challenger, you will support leaders across the full employee lifecycle, using data, insight and employment‑law knowledge to drive organisational performance, capability and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to embed a fair and equitable employee experience in all decisions.
• Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Lead and manage complex employee‑relations cases, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absences and capability issues.
• Coach managers to build capability and confidence in people‑management processes.
• Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures, TUPE and business transformation projects.
• Drive talent‑management activities, including succession planning, identification of high‑potential talent and capability development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or people partner in a regulated, client‑facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice in employee relations.
• Excellent influencing, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform people‑decisions.
• Experience supporting organisational change and talent‑management initiatives.
