People Coordinator – HR & Workplace Support

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised People Coordinator to join our fast‑growing healthcare supply business in Hereford. You will sit at the heart of the organisation, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, improving HR processes and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, advertise roles and schedule interviews.
• Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, manage contracts and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support probation reviews, employee engagement initiatives and performance tracking.
• Oversee Health & Safety documentation, training logs and compliance monitoring.
• Assist with workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments and facilities maintenance.

Required profile

• Experience in HR administration, coordination or advisory functions.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who can build trust at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of UK employment practices (CIPD desirable but not essential).
