People Data & Systems Manager

About the role

We are seeking a People Data & Systems Manager for a well‑known cultural organisation in London. The role will lead the development of workforce reporting, people analytics and the optimisation of HR systems, supporting strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain insightful workforce reports and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Analyse key people metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Ensure HR systems are user‑friendly, fit for future needs and aligned with business processes.
• Lead system improvement, implementation and data migration projects in collaboration with People, Finance, IT and other stakeholders.
• Improve data quality, streamline reporting processes and enhance system functionality.

Required profile

• Significant experience working with people data, analytics and HR reporting.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and experience delivering system upgrades or migrations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proven ability to build Power BI visualisations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Commercially minded, data‑driven and comfortable influencing senior leaders.
