People Operations Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

PIMCO is seeking a People Operations Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support the delivery of high‑quality HR services. The role focuses on day‑to‑day HR operations, employee lifecycle management and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries, providing accurate resolutions and managing cases through the HR service management system (e.g., ServiceNow) while meeting SLA targets.
• Execute core HR processes such as onboarding, transfers, mobility and off‑boarding, coordinating communications, documentation and system readiness.
• Process HR transactions in systems (e.g., Workday) with high accuracy, maintain data integrity and generate basic operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regional requirements and audit standards by maintaining complete, traceable records and performing data validation checks.
• Create and update HR knowledge articles to support employee self‑service and reduce repeat inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or a similar employee‑service role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee data.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit readiness and HR policy adherence.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and managers.

Required skills

• Workday (HR transaction processing).
• ServiceNow or comparable HR service management platform.
• HR data processing and basic reporting capabilities.
