People Partner – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

This is a true People Business Partner role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering commercially‑focused people solutions. You will balance strategic partnership with hands‑on HR work, supporting organisational change and helping to shape a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across designated business areas, providing trusted HR advice and guidance.
• Lead organisational change, restructures and redundancy processes.
• Manage complex employee‑relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, absence and performance.
• Use HR data and insights to influence decision‑making and identify trends.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development.
• Drive HR projects, systems improvements and process enhancements.
• Coach managers to build confidence and capability in people management.
• Collaborate with Talent, Reward and L&D to deliver integrated people solutions.

Required profile

• Experienced People Partner with strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex ER matters and redundancy processes.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
