People Partner – Media

About the role

We are seeking a People Partner to join a leading media business in London. Working within a small, dynamic People team, you will partner with leaders across creative, commercial and operational functions to drive culture, structure and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support, including employee‑relations advice and performance‑management coaching.
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Deliver cyclical people processes such as reviews, engagement surveys and talent planning.
• Collaborate on project work focused on culture and organisational effectiveness.
• Support managers to build capability and confidence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a creative or media environment.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Commercially‑minded with a balance of detail orientation and big‑picture thinking.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
