People & Service Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an energetic People & Service Team Leader to support store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. This evening‑shift role works two 4‑hour late‑night shifts (16:30‑20:30) and offers a full‑time salary of £27,520.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently deliver great service and act as a role model for the store team.
• Create a diverse, inclusive and wellbeing‑focused environment where team members feel valued.
• Duty manage all areas of store operation, including product handling and visual standards.
• Support the People & Service Manager in delighting customers across service, people, visual and operational aspects.
• Use commercial tools to drive actions and take accountability for store KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, RFID and people metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop and motivate the store team to achieve high performance and recognition.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the company’s products.
