Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

Sheet Story, an online bedding brand selling in the UK, is looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager to own paid acquisition and social media for its growing D2C business. You will work directly with the founder and brand team to drive traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) with clear ROAS targets.
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads from creative brief through scaling.
• Support Amazon Sponsored Ads and marketplace growth.
• Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest following brand guidelines.
• Track performance in GA4, Shopify analytics and ad platforms, reporting weekly on spend, ROAS, CAC and conversions.
• Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages and offers, and coordinate with affiliate partners, influencers and the SEO team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience for e‑commerce or D2C, preferably targeting UK, EU or US markets.
• Proven track record managing ad budgets on Google and Meta with measurable results.
• Strong written English for UK audiences and comfort making data‑driven decisions.
