Personal Injury Paralegal – Complex RTA Claims

About the role

G2 Legal Limited, a leading personal injury specialist, is seeking a motivated Complex Personal Injury Paralegal to join its busy Leeds team. You will manage a varied caseload of litigated and non‑litigated claims, with a strong focus on complex Road Traffic Accident (RTA) matters that have progressed beyond the portal stage.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with lay and insurer clients throughout each claim’s lifecycle.
• Verify claim authenticity, collect documentation, and obtain medical evidence promptly.
• Progress claims from portal to Fast Track or Multi‑Track, maximising damages and recoverable costs.
• Handle liability and quantum negotiations, including telephone discussions.
• Advise clients on contributory negligence and manage procedural applications.
• Support junior team members and collaborate with senior colleagues on complex files.

Required profile

• Experience in a personal injury environment, preferably with portal and fast‑track exposure.
• Ability to manage complex cases involving overlapping injuries, pre‑existing conditions, or procedural challenges.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
