About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor (or Legal Executive) to join our expanding team in Cornwall. The role involves handling a diverse range of claimant personal injury matters, from initial enquiry through to settlement or trial, and working alongside a supportive, experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including complex, high‑value cases.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients and guide them through the claims process with professionalism and empathy.
• Prepare and oversee claim documentation, liaise with insurers, and negotiate settlements.
• Represent clients in court where required, ensuring robust advocacy.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused, compassionate approach.
