Personal Injury Solicitor – Road Traffic & Employment Law

About the role

Join a long‑standing, award‑winning personal injury department within a reputable full‑service law firm in Liverpool. You will manage a varied, primarily litigated caseload of road‑traffic and employment/pleading claims from instruction through to completion, working alongside experienced fee‑earners and supported by legal assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Handle an active portfolio of personal injury claims, predominantly road‑traffic accidents and employment/pleading matters.
• Prepare and present cases in both fast‑track and multi‑track litigation.
• Collaborate with senior members of the specialist team on complex and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior fee‑earners and administrators as required.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with a solid background in personal injury litigation.
• Proven experience managing claims through the full litigation cycle.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while delivering high‑quality client service.

Required skills

• Experience in road‑traffic accident (RTA) and employment law (EL/PL) claims.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, including fast‑track and multi‑track routes.
• Effective case management and legal research abilities.
