Personal Injury Solicitor – Serious Injury Department

About the role
This is a fantastic opening in Liverpool city centre to join the region's most regarded Serious Injury department. The role is aimed at an experienced Road Traffic Accident (RTA) solicitor or Cilex qualified solicitor to handle intermediate‑track claims up to £100,000.
Key responsibilities
- Manage serious injury claims on the Intermediate Track, with values up to £100,000.
- Work alongside senior solicitors on high‑value, complex cases for UK‑wide insurer clients.
- Provide legal advice, draft pleadings and negotiate settlements.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with experience in road traffic or serious injury claims.
- Ambitious, analytical mind and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a close‑knit, collaborative team.
