About the role

Join a specialist defendant litigation team in London, handling a broad range of personal injury, travel and regulatory matters for insurers, cruise operators and international clients. The role involves drafting agreements and defending claims across personal injury, travel and industrial disease sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements for marine, travel and insurance clients.
• Defend personal injury, travel and industrial disease claims.
• Manage your own caseload from inception to resolution.
• Provide pragmatic commercial and legal problem‑solving.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 2 years PQE.
• Law degree or equivalent.
• Completed at least one training seat in personal injury and/or industrial disease law.
• Ability to handle an independent caseload and work pragmatically.
• Aptitude for business development.
