Personal Shopper – Store Assistant

About the role

Join Tesco as a Personal Shopper at our Salisbury Extra store. You will work within set availability windows, receive a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (or 12‑16 hours if you prefer part‑time), and be paid from £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 for locations within the M25. Shifts are scheduled with three weeks’ notice, and the role offers flexibility to match your personal timetable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, helping them find and select products.
• Pick and replenish items across the store, ensuring shelves are stocked and tidy.
• Handle product deliveries, maintain quality standards, and ensure items reach customers in optimal condition.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive store atmosphere.
• Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to initiatives that drive sales, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
