Personal Tax Advisory Manager / Senior Manager – Central London (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is a senior, advisory‑focused role within a well‑established independent accountancy practice in Central London. You will act as a trusted tax adviser to a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs and owner‑managed businesses, delivering strategic personal and business tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, providing bespoke personal and business tax planning.
• Advise on complex UK tax matters including business structuring, transactions, succession and wealth planning.
• Lead client meetings, build long‑term relationships and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Review compliance work prepared by junior team members, ensuring high technical standards.
• Support partners in business development and growth of existing client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior tax team members.

Required profile

• CTA qualification (essential).
• Strong UK personal tax advisory experience gained within a practice.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs or owner‑managed businesses.
• Commercially minded with excellent technical knowledge.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building lasting client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and provide practical, solution‑focused advice.
