About the role
Join Ultimate Performance’s London team as a Personal Trainer working in the vibrant Canary Wharf/Wood Wharf area. You will deliver the UP Method – a data‑driven, science‑based training programme – to clients seeking measurable transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one personal training sessions using the UP Method.
- Design and adjust client‑specific workout and nutrition plans.
- Track client progress with data and deliver regular performance reports.
- Maintain a professional, motivating environment during early‑morning and late‑evening sessions.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and development programmes.
Required profile
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
- Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
- Strong passion for helping clients achieve real results.
- Growth mindset and willingness to continuously improve.
Required skills
- Level 3 Personal Training certification.
