About the role

Join the world‑leading personal training team at Ultimate Performance in Canary Wharf. You will work full‑time delivering the UP Method to clients who expect measurable, science‑backed results.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one‑to‑one personal training sessions using the UP Method.
  • Track client progress with data‑driven metrics and adjust programmes accordingly.
  • Act as a coach and trusted partner throughout each client’s transformation journey.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism during early‑morning and late‑evening sessions.

Required profile

  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
  • Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
  • Passion for transforming lives and a growth‑mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to client results.
